Not All Food Trucks Are Created Equal
We go out of our way to find fresh, local products from all over Colorado that are sustainably grown and raised. We found that local produce and livestock not only taste better but are better for you and the environment. When Steven, Bronson and I (Jon) started this endeavor, we did so with the belief that we could bring simple, healthy food to Denver.
We realized that many farm-to-table concept restaurants existed, but no one offered this quality fair from a mobile kitchen. Colorado boasts some of the best livestock and game in the country. We use nitrate-free tender belly bacon, and lamb from Long’s Peak in Evans, CO. The fruit grown on the western slope yields some of the purest and most distinct flavors on the planet. The potatoes from Center, CO are as good (or better) than potatoes from Idaho. And don’t get us started on the sweeter-than-sweet corn from Olathe, CO.
In every corner of the state, and everywhere in between, we found flavors that we bring together on this truck fresh, each and every day. At Farm to Truck, you will find that a majority of what you’re eating is from Colorado. If it’s not, it’s fresh.
Come try one of our juicy lamb burgers that we patty up just before it hits the grill with a side of fresh fries – cut, fried and fried again right on the truck. Or keep it simple with our take on the popular B.L.T, topped with our twelve hour, slow-roasted pork – just to put it over the top! We think you’ll be surprised and in a really wonderful way!
